How payment works

Bank transfer, then a WhatsApp.

  1. Pick a planMonthly or yearly. You get a payment reference, like TN-26-00123.
  2. Transfer to our BIBD accountOnline banking or any BIBD branch. Put your reference in the transfer note.
  3. WhatsApp us the slipSend a screenshot of the transfer to +673 823 4455. One tap from the payment page.
  4. Your plan startsAs soon as you send the slip. We check the transfer, usually within 1 working day, and email your receipt.

A real person checks every transfer. If you have a question, you talk to us on WhatsApp, not a bot. Your access keeps running while we check.

Questions about paying

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade any time and pay the difference. Downgrades start at your next renewal.

What happens after the 7-day trial?

Your account pauses until you pick a plan. Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted.

What is the founding price?

Anyone whose first payment is sent by 31 Dec 2026 keeps the price they paid for as long as they keep paying, unless their account is paused for more than 30 days.

Can I move from a personal plan to Enterprise?

Yes. Your saved tenders move into the team pipeline and your alerts stay yours.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

You can stop anytime. We do not give refunds, but your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Does my plan renew automatically?

No. You pay by bank transfer, so nothing is charged without you. We email you before your plan ends.
